A non-refundable $20 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit, which will be applied toward the total cost of your service, must be paid on the same day the appointment is scheduled; failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment. I kindly request that appointments be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours- 48 hrs notice, recognizing that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Only one reschedule is permitted, and any changes made after this window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit & no-show/ same day cancelation will also result in loss of deposit. Additionally if two seperate appointments are made two deposit will be needed and each will be subjected to policy. It’s important to note confirmation of assistance to appointment is needed whether it is through site or text, if not appointment will be canceled. Additionally, please be mindful that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, there may be limitations on my ability to accommodate your service at that time. It is important to note that if a consent form is not completed and signed atleast 24 hours prior to appointment and multiple attempts have been made to obtain it, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
