A non-refundable $20 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit, which will be applied toward the total cost of your service, must be paid on the same day the appointment is scheduled; failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment. I kindly request that appointments be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours- 48 hrs notice, recognizing that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Only one reschedule is permitted, and any changes made after this window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit & no-show/ same day cancelation will also result in loss of deposit. Additionally, please be mindful that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, there may be limitations on my ability to accommodate your service at that time. THANK YOU !
